Our signature, flat-rate service is personalized for each one of our client's projects. Whether you are looking for
a full-home remodel, the renovation of a few rooms with furnishings and styling, or something in-between, RRI will "Make It Happen" by managing the project for you from start to finish. Our team will take the lead on everything from initial design concepts all the way through to your very own reveal moment.
OUR PROCESS
phase ONE:
Nice to meet you! After contacting us and filling out a brief questionnaire, we’ll schedule a 20-minute call to get to know each other while discussing your project, timeline and budget.
phase two:
$250*
Once we have determined we’d like to move forward together, we will schedule an in-person meeting at your home. At this one-hour meeting we’ll get to know you better, see the space(s) you'd like to modify and talk about the possibilities. We'll then take pen to paper and provide a detailed proposal with an estimated cost for your project. *When we sign a contract together, the Consultation Fee will be credited back to you on your first invoice.
phase three:
Let the fun begin! We'll kick your project off by getting together to discuss your style, create shared Pinterest boards, and take key measurements in preparation for our work to begin. A few weeks later, we'll schedule both a conceptual meeting and a formal design presentation to review color palette, floor plans, finishes and furnishing selections.
phase 4:
The nitty-gritty begins. From here we move on to ordering, tracking, and prepping for the delivery of your new items. We use a receiving warehouse so all of your furniture arrives in one place and can be coordinated for delivery in a single day.
phase 5:
Making it ALL happen! If your project includes construction and renovation we will be working closely with your contractor to ensure things are moving along according to vision. Communication is a key portion of our process. Our weekly email recaps will keep you up to speed on exactly where each element of your project stands.
phase 6:
VOILA!! The moment you've been waiting for. The day when all the new furnishings and stylish accessories are delivered and installed, and your one-of-a-kind design is brought to life.
